Currently, we have received approval from the Concord Zoning Board and the Concord Board of Appeals for relief from parking, zoning and the ability to turn the entire building into a restaurant.
We are now in the initial design phase and are waiting for the first draft to come back from our restaurant designer, Peter Niemitz. Peter has designed Gibbet Hill Grill, Aquitaine and Craigie on Main, among many others. In fact, he designed Bondi Concord,which is almost ready to open.
I took my ServSafe certification class last week with well known food safety expert Lisa Berger, and am taking my ServSafe alcohol class in a few weeks.
As soon as we approve the initial design, we can apply for our liquor license. More to follow soon!
