March is Women’s History Month.  In that spirit, I want to introduce you to some of the very important women making history all around us right now.  First, meet Kelsey Maben a next-generation farmer who is currently working as an Alternative Livestock Production Specialist.  Kelsey is part of the movement that is leading more young people – and more women – to contribute their passion and skills to providing healthier food for families like yours and mine.  Her enthusiasm is contagious – catch it.  (Check back on Monday to meet Dr. Stephanie Seneff – a woman who will change the way you think about GMO’s.)
